• All our prices are based on rates that apply for steel and stainless steel alloys at the time the prices are issued.
• Prices are excluding VAT, net and ex factory.
• Delivery and installation costs upon request.

Terms of delivery

• Delivery Duty Unpaid, unless agreed otherwise.
• All our quotations, all orders placed with us and all contracts concluded with us, are subject to the METAALUNIE CONDITIONS. These conditions are filed with the registrar of the District Court of
  Rotterdam.

Safety
All our sports and playground equipment have been TÜV tested and certified. Certificates are available on request.
This does not apply to our wooden appliances. We are awaiting the TÜV certificate for a number of equipments and may take some time. If desired, you can have a location inspection carried out by yourself.

Guarantee
On all our articles there is a 10-year guarantee on structural components and 3 years on wear and moving parts; this does not apply to vandalism, damage to the coating and external contamination.

Certificates
IJslander supplies high-quality products, and in its production process strives for the highest quality.
The certificates that we have acquired endorse that objective:

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, KOMO process certificate BRL9921 and VCA* 2017/6.0. The VCA certification declares that IJslander carries out all the work under safe and healthy conditions while at the same time placing minimal strain on the environment.

Warranty ijslander wooden equipment: kupa series

Warranty period:

• 15 years at Robinia*
• 10 years on all other types of wood*
• 10 years on stainless steel construction parts
• 3 years on wear and moving parts Warranty conditions:
• The warranty does not apply to vandalism and damage to coatings and contamination from outside.
• *Warranty applies if wood rot is caused by dry rot and mold. The wood must be damaged to such an extent that its load-bearing capacity no longer meets EN 1176.
• Demolition and damage to the appearance of the equipment are not covered by the aforementioned warranty.
• The warranty does not apply to natural weathering, discoloration and functioning of the wood. •The warranty is void if the equipment is not inspected and maintained as prescribed in the equipment manual.
• The warranty is void if the equipment is not assembled correctly. The manual of the relevant equipment must be followed.
• The warranty is void if the equipment experiences corrosion and rot because it is placed within a distance of 200 meters from seawater.
• When using bark, sand, wood chips or a similar natural material, which is used as a shock[1]absorbing surface around the equipment and where the wooden posts are in the ground, the warranty period on Robinia is reduced to 10 years. For other types of wood this is reduced to 2 years.
• The warranty expires if adjustments or replacements are made without using the spare parts provided by IJslander B.V. approved products.
• Warranty expires when IJslander B.V. is not informed of a defect within 4 weeks from the moment it was discovered.
• We would like to point out that the delivery conditions of the Metaalunie Conditions apply to all our deliveries.
